Cleanse my heart from sin and make me whole.

Tune my heartstrings to thine.

When you first spoke to me, I was a child.

You invited me so kind and mild.

I said ‘yes’ with joy to you on that day.

You became my friend forever to stay.

Lord, speak to my heart, please speak in my dreams.

Keep me safe from all of Satan’s schemes.

I love you so much. I thrill to your touch.

Tune my heartstrings to thine,

mold my will to thine—

My heart’s Valentine.
